Return, Refund and Exchange Policy:
GroPart’s Return Policy offers no return of goods once delivered.
Buyer will be eligible for a return, when he receives the damaged product, receives the wrong product and quantity varies. And for this you have to inform our customer service center within 24 hours.
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and the buyer must have made a video of the product's packaging during open.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
If the customer damages the product, we will cross check with our photos and videos. If there is buyer’s fault then nothing will be refunded.
If both seller and buyer have not damaged the product, the carrier will be at fault and appropriate action will be taken against them and customer will be refunded but a video must be made while opening the packaging of the product by buyer.
If the buyer really gets the damaged product by our side then we will give a full refund to the customer or we will ask for an exchange if customer agrees then we will exchange the product at no extra cost.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Normally your refund will be credited into your account within 7-10 days working days.

Products must be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery. In those such conditions which is mentioned above. Please read carefully. To return your purchase, please call customer care at +91-77374-45792 within 24 hours.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund. If the return policy happens then we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as per conditions.
To request a refund, simply call on +91-77374-45792 with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email/message after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
Refunds are being processed after the customer support team validate and analyse the issue, but it will only show in your bank account only when the product comes back to the hub. Once the refund is processed we will intimate you through EMAIL and SMS with the refund transaction details The refund is only possible if the product is unused or damaged, and is with the original packaging and with the receipt and the invoice. Only when the product reaches the premises will we refund you your amount as decided.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Gropart is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via postal service.. We ship only around India. Usually we take time at least 24 to 48 hours of shipping.
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the program adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.
Once our system processes your order; your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible.
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days or earlier. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-77374-45792 mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Our products are mostly made of iron, heavy metal and weighted So sometimes the packaging may be broken. So do not panic, create a video during opening the packaging and once you see the product openly, if the product is safe then use it and if not then If the product has been tampered with, please request for a refund and exchange.
Delivery time mentioned on the product, cart page or website is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on the availability of a product, weather condition and address where the product is to be delivered and courier company's rules.
We try our best to get your product delivered, you have purchased the product from our platform to be delivered to you, we will try our best to deliver, our courier partner will try their best to deliver, but for some reason, if the product may not be delivered or it is late, and due to that if any loss occurs to you note that Gropart will not responsible.
Note: If your address is ODA location then, you have to self collect the parcel from the courier office. We will provide a courier office address and number. Also, our customer care executive will keep in touch with you.
If customer refuses to accept the delivery or If customer request to return the product without any reason you will be responsible for paying a 40% deduction fee + GST and your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and deduction fee are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and deduction will be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests will be considered only if the product is not dispatched. Once the order is shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order.
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can call us on +91-77374-45792 In such cases, the order will be cancelled. The money, if already paid, will be refunded to you within 6-7 working days after the cancellation request.
NOTE: If you have done online payment and you are cancelling the order without any proper reason, the payment gateway charge 40% plus GST will be deducted from your refund amount.
