Shipping Charges:    

We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. A shipping charge is applied to all orders below Rs.1500, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.1500.    

 

Hidden Charges:     

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on GROPART. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the order confirmation page is exactly what you pay. The final order total would also include (also could exclude on some special products) the shipping and handling charges as applicable.    

 

Modify Address:     

You can modify the shipping address only with in 1-2 hrs of placing the order because once dispatched it will be difficult for us to change the address.    

 

Delivery Charges:     

Delivery charge varies with each Seller. Some product's delivery charges already included in product Price and some are not. It depends on the products that which products does the GROPART wants to charge separately..    

As of now, GroPart doesn't deliver items internationally. We are working on PAN India only.  

Sellers or GROPART generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Prepaid orders are usually delivered faster   Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.  

Estimated delivery time is dependent on the following factors 
1. The Seller offering the product. 
2. Product's availability with the Seller. 
3. The destination to which you want the order shipped to and geographical location of the Seller. 

Seller usually could pay thorough UPI Payments, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking and COD options.

Yes it is absolutely safe. We have clearly mentioned all the details of each product. Also we are providing customer support feature via calling or email through concern about product. Even we have a questionnaire section below of each product on product detail page.  

Simply buyer can go to the website, find one of that product that they wants. Make add to cart and could purchase using ‘Buy Now’ button. It will redirect to the payment making process page. Could select multiple payment options and could make prepaid order or also we have COD option available to buy.

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the product is not dispatched. Once the order is shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order. If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can call us on +91-7357845792 In such cases, the order will be cancelled. 

If the buyer really gets the damaged product by our side then we will ask for an exchange if customer agrees then we will exchange the product at no extra cost.  

Yes, Customer needs to make an new account before buying. 

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your order. 

GROPART Return Policy offers no return of goods once delivered. It can be return in such conditions.(for this, please read our return and exchange policies.) However if you still want to do it you can call us on +91-73578-45792 or whatsApp us on the same number only before the dispatch.
