www.gropart.com ("Website") is an Internet based content and e-commerce portal.
Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. Gropart.com at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.
User Account, Password and Security:
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Website's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Gropart.com of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Gropart.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 2.
Online Shopping Terms:
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
We sell many kinds of hazardous items on our website. We strictly do not allow children to buy.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Company Internal Trading:
Gropart.com is a multi vendor e-commerce platform where it’s parent company is also selling its product on the website.
Product and Services:
Gropart is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.
All Products sold on Gropart are Premium Quality. Products sold on the platform are purchased via legal channels or directly from the Company. Gropart holds no liability or responsibility for the performance of any product.
Disclaimer: Pricing on any product(s) as is reflected on the Platform may due to some technical issue, typographical error or product information published by Gropart may be incorrectly reflected and in such an event Gropart may cancel such order(s).
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
In spare parts, we have mostly metal products and because they sell less, that's why they get rusty lying around. But we assure you that we will provide only unused products.
In multi choice products, color and brand may vary. The images you see on the website may differ from some of the products shown due to availability.
Many lubricant product company offers gift coupons inside the products for customers and mechanics. Every product has different values. If customer wants that gift coupon money back, we have also solution for that. Customer must have send us that coupon via INDIAN SPEED POST and must share tracking details with us. Once we receive that coupon and will verify by our response team then we will deposit that coupon amount in customers bank account with in 7 business days. For that we need customers order id, order name and original coupon code card with INDIAN POST trekking id detail.
If the price of the product has been increased by the company officially, then you have to pay the increased price of the product may be out of date or old date printed, even if the new price is increased by the company, you will still be charged from the new price.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Offers and Sales Rules:
Offers drawn up by the Company from time to time will be valid. The terms and conditions of the regular date and regularly withdrawn offer will be governed by and you agree to.
Only the product which is shown on the website will be given to you.
No product will be given as a demo.
Once the product is delivered, it will be taken back only in case of damage.
Complicated product will be once confirmed by the support team from the customers before dispatch.
Modification to the Service and Prices:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
If the MRP is updated then the product will come with the new MRP on packaging. Old MRP will not apply in present time.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Product packaging and color may change as per manufacturer policies, Product images are for references only. Product images will not considered if manufacturer changes his policy about product variations like new packaging, color and size.
Platform Usage Fees and Charges:
Gropart does not charge any fee for browsing.
There are no charges applicable for the registration on Gropart.com. You can become a member free of cost and enjoy the offers. However, we reserve the right to charge you a nominal fee and change its policies over the time. We reserve the right to introduce new services and modify few or all existing services offered on the website without any notice.
Once changes related to fees and policies are uploaded on the website, it shall immediately become effective. All fees to be quoted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. With the use of this website, you agree to this that you are responsible for all applicable laws including those in India for making payments.
User Conduct and Rules:
You agree and undertake to use the Website and the Service only to post and upload messages and material that are proper. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree and undertake that when using a Service, you will not:

Gropart.com hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final Product as ordered by the user. The quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website may not meet your expectations.
Alterations to certain aspects of your order such as the supplier brand, quantity etc. may be required due to limitations caused by availability of product difference in quantity charts of respective brands etc.
In this instance you agree that Gropart.com will send an approval request via the email address, which you submitted when placing your order. If you do not agree with the requested change you retain the right to reject the requested product change by replying to it within 10 days of it being sent to you.
Risk of Loss:
All the items are checked and shipped from our warehouse. We have a separate shipment contract and if any damage persists while receiving the product or risk of loss, the title for such products passes to you by the carrier for delivery of products.
Product Description:
We try to post things accurately including the product description. However, we cannot warrant that the product description or other content posted on this website is accurate, reliable, complete, current or perfect. If a product mentioned on the website is not as per the given description, you shall return it back to us in unused condition.

c) If you or www.gropart.com terminates your use of the Website or any Service, Gropart.com may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and Gropart.com will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
d) You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever. Further, you shall be entitled to your royalty payments as per the User Licence Agreement that has or is legally deemed accrued to you.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
